Is it possible to eliminate a standard tone pot on my Highway One strat and use the other as a "master" in order to make room for a EMG AB booster pot? Also, any advice on where to mount this AB pot without altering the appearance of my strat? Come in Obi Wan, I need your help!

Yes:

Remove the capacitor wire from your lower tone pot and then remove the wire at the pickup selector switch which leads to the lower tone pot. Lastly, remove the ground wire from the casing of the lower tone pot. The pot can now can be removed and replaced by the Afterburner pot.

With the remaining tone pot, unsolder the wire which goes to the pickup selector switch from the terminal it is on now and resolder it to the either the terminal on the pickup selector switch which has a wire going to the volume pot or you can solder the wire right at the volume pot's terminal that has the wire coming from the selector switch. Once accomplished, you now have master volume and master tone and can wire the Afterburner into the circuit per EMG's instructions.
