I have got reply from distributor / importer.
They also do not have records but their guess is the same with mondo500's theory. They might have refinished strats with paint defects under the permission of Fender USA.

And they said they believe this is the genuine Fender USA 25 th Anniversary strat.

Now I am happy with their words.

Haha, indeed !

Thank you all for your comments and posts based on deep knowledge.

And in the last , here is the sound of this "red" 25th anniversay strat.
It's large file (6.8M) please consider before click it.
I know I am not good at playing at all, so please do not laugh. I just love to play and I love the sound of this guitar !

Uh, no need to apologize for that sample -- it sounded good to me! Very nice sound! Can you tell me a little about how you recorded that?

All parts other than guitars were generated by Rolland SC-88VL.
I played all the guitar parts with my strat pluged in to POD xt which is connected to PC line-in.
I used freeware 'Music Studio Producer' for controlling (MIDI coding) SC-88VL, recording guitars and mixing them. http://www.frieve.com/english/musicstd/musicstd.html

I wanted to play with my real amplifier which to my ears sounds better but I could not record nicely, then alternated with POD xt.
