It actually does make a difference when paired with the reverse headstock. I feel like it tends to make the lows brighter and much more distinguished when you pair the reverse angled bridge pickup with the different string tension created by the extended length that the low E string travels from the bridge to the tuning key as a result of the reverse headstock.

The highs are very warm and "full" to quote Fender. Not to mention, bends on the high E and the G and B string feel perfect. Love everything about my Hendrix strat.
