I was getting more buzzing/hum than normal on my strat, so i pulled off the pickguard. I noticed that the ground wire was conected on the trem, but had come off the pot area end. Can anyone tell me exactly where i need to solder that back? It almost looks like it goes to the back of the volume pot? I know this is pretty simple for all the tech guys out there, but it could really help me save money and time doing it myself. Thank you for any advice in advance.

On the back of any pot should do it.

Originally the ground from the trem went to the ground on the output jack
