Has any one put these on a Highway One Strat. Wondering if they fit right in or if there is some work to getting them in
Thanks

The OEM tuners each have two cleats, prongs or whatever you want to call them, molded into the tuner's housing which insert into the back of the headstock for stability and alignment. The Sperzels have one cleat each in the middle of where the OEM tuners would have the two. The cleats in the Sperzels can be removed as they are set into the housing and not molded. So, you'd either have to drill a third hole in the headstock between the existing pair for each head or pull the Sperzel cleats.

As far as the hole dimensions for the tuners' shaft and the threaded sleeve/nut collar, along with the dress washers, the Sperzels will fit into the original holes with no problem. A 10mm nut driver is the proper tool to remove/install either brand's threaded sleeve/nut collar. The Sperzels are made of a softer metal than that of the Pings (the OEM tuners) so make sure the nut driver is firmly seated around the nut collar or you can chip the corners of the nut collar quite easily.
