Hello Cwpainter,

Hane you seen any of those Kenny Wayne Shepherd Signatures
anywhere on sale? I'v been keeping an eye out but no luck.

Nice chunky neck from what I've read with a 12''radius fretboard.
There is a guitar show next month maybe I'll se one there.

Cheers.

Mr. Bill- I played one at the Guitar Center here and was very impressed with it. Very similar to my guitar and an excellent alternative to someone wanting a well made, vintage vibe Strat without paying for American Reissue or having to go Road Worn.

Always like Kenny Wayne.I know he took a few years off for a heroin problem.Glad he is back doing his thing as I believe theres a lot of good music in his future for us.I did like the way this guy sang with him though I wish he was still with him.

Hey Cwpainter,

My local GC's have no idea if they're gonna
get any in, little stores don't wanna stock a
bit of a unique guitar. I'm sure I'll stumble across
one eventually.hopefully when I'm flush with funds.

Cheers.

Bill, do you know what you're looking for in the KWS? I can certainly let you know if it will fit the bill (pun intended).

Hey Cwpainter,

Yes I'd like to compare the neck to my
'62 hotrod which is a very thick neck.
KWS has a reported large neck with a
12 "radius fretboard, if it felt as comfortable
as my hotrod I just might like to add one on.

Jumbo frets?

Cheers.

21 Jumbo frets and a nice fat neck- not as fat as yours though. It's supposed to be reverse engineered from his '61 Strat (maybe a '60). But yes, basically just a Mexican made early 60's reissue (with poly).

That said, it will not thrill you the way your hot-rod does.
