i'd get the most pristine all-original 1963 strat with the three tone sunburst finish i can find, then pick myself up the best all-original Vox AC30 i can find.

shouldn't cost too much

if we're actually talking about spending every dime of that money, then i'd spend some of it on an amazing private investigator to find out who has Jimi's Monterey Black Strat, buy it, then go to Seattle to buy his Woodstock setup. That should cost a little bit more....

I'd rather have my very own 63 with a real AC30 though.

The Hendricks idea is the best answer yet! No one can top that one!

I'd have my own signature model made. It would be my ultimate Strat. Of courseue to my varying music taste and styles, I can already tell you, there are two versions.

Upon further thought I think I would buy myself a Senate seat and triple my winnings while in office with the help of the people.

Oh, I'd buy more than one Strat I think.

Probably a 62 re-issue for starters.

Then I;d buy a National reso, and a few others too.

As for amps?
A Deluxe Reverb, and a Legend one if I could find one (non-Fender)

That's a lot of money to only buy 1 guitar and 1 amp.

Hey StratHeads-

$200+ Million Dollars- My wife wouldn't mind if I went "Guitar" Shopping.

I would by Signature SRV, Buddy Guy, and Find the Voodo Jimi Hendrix and have my friend who is a cabinate maker build display cases for them. I would play them from time to time.

Then build the music room off of the house and load it with the best PA, Speakers, Fender Amps (Twins, Vibrokings, Vibrolux) and recording stuff. Also add pinball machine, Bar w/ Taps, and comfortable Furniture- My Man Cave would be complete !

Then I would buy (or Build) A Night Club with all the best in sound and lighting and make it a great venue for Blues and Rock bands to come and play- My band would be the house band.

That should leave 180 Million or so for my wife to spend.

The Freeze

Hmmmm- Then

Actually--in addition to my previous post--I think I'd order a walnut Strat from the Custom Shop.

For starters

A Fender '59 Bassman Re-Issue
A Fender '63 Reverb Re-Issue
A Fender American Vintage '52 Tele Re-Issue
A Fender American Vintage '57 Strat Re-Issue
A Squier Classic Vibe '50s Tele

and maybe

A Fender Bandmaster VM Head and Cab

and a lager music room to hold all the goodies :?

After that I'll have to think about it. :P

That would keep me busy for awhile
