Do you mean the Deluxe Player's Strat?
If so, that is not American made. It is a quality guitar though.

Welcome!

It reads on the headstock, "Made in Mexico".

Sight unseen, with production models, one of the easiest tip-offs to tell if it is American or Mexican is to read what protection it comes with new. Meaning, if it comes with a hardshell case, chances are it is American; if it comes with a gig bag, chances are it is not. (As ever, there are always exceptions to every rule.)

I've never played one but I know it's made in Mexico. From everything I've heard it is a great guitar.

Man, I've played Mexi Strats that are just fine, so it really comes down to the guitar. If I'm not mistaken, the USA and Mex factories are just a few hours away from each other and swap parts all the time so what's the big deal anyway?
