Post subject: fretting out, truss rod?

I have higherd the string action and still fretting out when i bend should i loosen the truss rod?

Before you adjust your truss rod, check to see how much relief it has.

Capo the first fret and press the Estring down on the last fret. Now check the gap at the 8th fret.

If you need less, you will need to tighten the truss rod.
