I did a google search for "Green Strat" and that strat came up. That is an awesome color. I could probably sell my car and get the $ that their asking for that guitar.

Agreed - lose the pick guard. And that kind of money for a modern guitar is just rediculous

I was told that the highest level of flame the custom shop deals with is AA not AAA. I had my 56' Time Machine NOS custom team built and when I asked for AAA they said that the custom shop uses AA so that's what i got. It's beautiful, it looks like the body of a tiger. So does masterbuilt allow you to go to AAA???

I think the pickguard goes well with the theme of the guitar. Pinstripping is a true hot rodding way to trick out your ride. The engine-turned pickguard goes along that same line. I like it!!

why oh why (apart from it being CS) the high price tag I wonder? thats a bit OTT- as much as I think about it, I really cant justify the price. I could pay my local luthier to refinish my strat and stripe it and it would look the same- buy a new neck and still have enough to buy a new car for that matter... all you pay for is the CS logo really, how much would that guitar be worth without it?
