Hi japanE960526strat, welcome to the Forum.

I'm just running through in my mind how that job would have to be done. Bear in mind that the glue used to attach fingerboards doesn't come apart easily the way hide glue can be made to.

I guess you might have to remove the fingerboard mechanically, on a planing machine or some such (after first removing the frets). It would have to be done very carefully so as not to go a little too far and wreck the machine's blade on the trussrod inside the neck.

And some people use tiny metal pins in the process of attaching fingerboards, which you wouldn't want to damage the planer on either.

It could be done - but it would be difficult and expensive.

All in all, I'd just buy a new neck, if I were you. Simpler and cheaper - that's the joy of Fender guitars, after all...
