I bought a used Korean Strat in the states (great guitar) last year, which has a two-point tremolo bridge (not the vintage size) but the seller had lost the wammy bar. I've tried replacing it, testing various odd wammy bars, but all of them wobble in the bridge. So I guess the thread size is very strange, and even a trip to the hardware store gets me nowhere.

Can anybody tell me what threadsize this is, or tell me where I can get a replacement (Fender hasn't answered my mails)

Fender got back to me on that Korean strat tremolo : you can order part# 0072805000

As it happens, I'm waiting to see if the one I got off e-bay is the right . Worth the gamble... If not I'll have to pay up (something like 27$)
