I would like to switch the bridge humbucker in my 2009 Mexican HSS Standard Strat. I am trying to find the same type of bridge pickup as the other two that came stock with my Standard Strat. Do you think this will do?

The seller tells me yes... Does anyone know anything about the seller (The Stratosphere?) Thanks

Bear in mind that each pickup has it's own uniique wind for that position. Hence, the d.c. resistance rating for each pickup. Generally, the higher the number the hotter the pickup. I believe that the original rating for the MIM Strat humbucker is 8.35k and the other pu's are around 6.5- 7k. I would think that the one you considering is right in that range and will do fine and get your tone to a typical Strat. I'm sure that you are aware that you'll be needing a new pick guard for the single coil. BTW, Stratosphere has been around for a while and has a reliable record of service.

I have dealt with reliablefender in the past, and again just a month ago, and every transaction has been perfect. Items are as described, shipped quickly and arrive well packed.

Thanks. I may just be better off getting a whole new set rather than trying to match what I have...
