I was in New York today walking through Sam Ash and Manny's just looking at the guitars when i stumbled upon a 12 string strat. Does anyone have one? I thought fenders only 12 string electric was the Fender Electric XII. How does it sound? It seems like the single coil pickups are a perfect fit with the 12 string.

It sounds pretty awesome and looks really cool too. You should try it out next time to see for yourself.

Isn't this one MIJ?

Big fun to play, I just can't justify owning one to use twice a year. I borrow a friend's Rick 360 when I need to track a 12.
