HI
i just bought a new american strat. Does anyone make staggered locking tuners that will fit witout drilling.

I bought Fender/Schaller locking tunners for my Highway 1 Strat and they fit like a glove. No drilling required. These are what I bought and where I bought them(See link below). These are the ones with the "F" on the locking screws. BTW I love them, I have not had any issues with them. Just remember the Low E gets the short one and the high E gets the tall one, the rest are in order in the package. Try not to wrap the string around the posts, pull taunt, lock, tune. Once tuned, snip the string by the post. Hope this helps.

I think you may have that backwards...I have an Am Dlx strat that came with Fender/Schaller locking-staggered tuners and the high E (1st string)gets the short post and low E (6th string) gets the high post. Same with my Am Std Tele (no locking tuners but they are staggered).

Sorry, you are absolutely correct. I had a senior moment (been having a lot lately) and I am not even that old. After relooking at mine that is the way they are too. Thank you for the correction.
