Here's a vintage strat in action. I think this was run over by a car or something and put back together. You'd have to watch Eric Jerardi's video to get the skinny.

I'm not sure what year the strat is. I'll see if Eric chimes in or sends me an answer. He's a Fender Artist so you can see some of his equipment on this site. He reviews all his equipment in his DVD, if you can get it from his website: http://www.ericjerardi.com

Here's the info on the strat in the video:

1962 Strat - original pickups - and yes run over by a semi truck and glued back together - the neck wasn't damaged at all.
