This issue is more nature of the beast than quality problem. The neck heel only sits so deep in the neck pocket and that allows it to move if the neck takes a hit. In other words, to fix this would require a neck pocket cut that travels deeper into the body (Like a long tenon Gibson neck). It's easily fixed following the advice given above, and I'm sure that since the connection absorbs energy due to the connection, it also prevents catastrophic damage when the guitar falls. I'd certainly rather have to fix the neck alignment on my guitar than deal with a broken headstock.
