fhopkins......you didn't hit a nerve. I am not a MIM fanboy. I just can't afford a MIA...nor does my guitar skills warrant one. I actually learn from your posts. How do you think I learned about my axe? you posted like a million threads about it. I just tried to post what I thought was an interesting item. I didn't know he owned MIM's previously as I am a newbie...cut me some slack bro...you got like 80,000 posts...that means you must know something....or you just like to type.......... :wink:

just a touchy topic...that somewhere along the line looks like it segregated some of our group members....Luckily I own both :lol: ..that doesn't mean I get drawn and quartered does it? :shock: ... Ceri that's an awesome story... interesting how you had the presence of mind to recall something like Doc's post...I woulda just said..why'd they tune that guitar if no one was gonna play it??? and then WHAAAA????? :P

Jay, I'm in some confusion here. I can't tell if this is a joke or not. I'm not going to get all upset like some of the excitable people - but am I being called a liar?

Going to a gig would be a truly bizarre thing to bother to lie about. And I can hardly bear to bother to defend myself against such an idea: if someone wants to think it let 'em.

But if you look at the pictures I posted on this thread:

you will see that they are remarkably taken from the self same spot as that video. A glance at the code behind those pics will show they belong to someone with the same name as me.

I admit I failed to get a signed affidavit to prove I was in the audience at a show - but I guess I could post the ticket if I had to. I don't, do I?

This is too weird...

You are both misunderstanding each other. BigJay thought you meant that you were on the stage with EC, which Ceri never said he was. So when Ceri cleared up that he was at the show in the audience, the BigJay basically said oh ok I get it, sorry for my misunderstanding. BJ was not calling Ceri a liar, but he was doubting some comments other comments by Ceri, which I have no clue what they were. Something about beig on a houseboat with a #001 strat owner.

So to sum it up, BJ believes Ceri's post here, but is starting to doubt Ceri overall.

I hope I got that right?????

It's all way to silly to waste bandwidth on
