How can I buy a custom-made guitar in Fender's site from Europe ?

The only way to get a Custom Shop guitar is to order through an Authorized Fender Dealer that handles Custom Shop orders.

Pick your country, and select the Dealer Finder and when you use that page, then select Custom Shop as what you are looking for.
