Post subject: Ordered my AVRI '57 Today!!!

Well, after much internal consideration, I decided to go for it. I ordered a AVRI '57 sunburst Strat through my local guitar dealer today. It should be here a week from Monday. I have always wanted this guitar and now I will. (God please don't let the economy crash!!!)

Yeah, let us know what you think after you have it for a bit, and pictures would be great! I've got serious gas for that guitar, but if you haven't heard... the economy crashed :D So I have to wait :(

Still waiting for it to arrive. I was told it would probably be Monday when I ordered it, and it seems that this will be the case. No big deal. I still cannot believe I have one coming. Thinking about it makes my stomach queasy. I will post pics as soon as she gets here.

I recall another poster recently bought one of these, although I cannot recall his/her name. Posted great pics, though.

Man, what a beauty. And so light! I spent the evening setting it up like I like it and what-not. Pics will be posted in this thread within a day or two.
