saw Tony Joe White down here in Auckland NZ last week, he was sounding good as ever and playing a well worn strat which he got plenty of nice noises out of. dont know if he's always been a strat player, was wondering if anyone on the forum does?

I think i remember seeing him play a strat on some old tv show.

this one sure looked like he'd had it for a while, nice to see an old guitar still being used, maybe that's the appeal of the "road worn" strats.
