My next DIY job may be a white one.

Though at some point I'm planning a wineburst, quite dark in the middle to not-quite-black at the edges.

Here's an odd one. This is the Japanese Richie Kotzen Strat, with a semi-translucent whiteburst over a flamed maple cap. The bling tart in me is strangely taken with this...:

That is one sexy beast of a guit! Is that a trans finish? I can almost swear i can see flamed maple thru the finish.

That looks a lot like Gibson's short lived "Latte Creme" Les Paul Standard.

I personally love white guitars. They are so iconic and age in very different ways. Plus they look so classy.

Normally they come with paint or some other kind of finish.

Really have a big jones for a suburst with rosewood board.

And some part of this picker wants a custom Tiki paint job on one...like in the catalogue a couple years ago (Doug Horne).

I am a big fan of bursts. I love 2 and 3 tone sunbursts. I have 2 already like that. I also like other burst paint jobs as well.

I'd probably go for a flat black nitro finish, or just the same brown sunburst on my strat, with the nitro.
