I was looking at the price guides and I'm wondering how I can tell exactly for sure what kind of guitar I have? These two listings looked like they could be my guitar... any thoughts/tips on how I can tell for sure?

Also, I'm wondering if the MSRP is the price of what the guitar is worth brand new right now, or what? I bought my guitar in 1995, and I'm not considering selling it, so I want to know what I should be asking that would be appropriate? Basically are there any other guitars that this could possibly be? I know it was made in Mexico, so I'm not sure they'd call it "American Vintage," but I really have no idea. HELP!!!
