wire the pickups in as the lace diagram shows. Wire the midboost in as the diagram that comes with it shows. The midboost is wired to the volume&tone and only one lug of the switch. The pickups are wired the same as any other but with 2 wires going to the volume pot base.

Do you mean the lace standard or the clapton diagram with the lace sensors?

Because the standard lace pickup diagram has the pickups differently than the clapton & clapton upgrade diagrams

follow the clapton not the upgrade if thats the one that has the lace on it.
