The ebay sellers description is wrong. Ive never encountered a 6point trem that suffers post binding issues. The true reason for the elongated holes is so the trem fits anything from squire to MIA. I didnt post the link trying to say 'buy it here'. Just to provide some insight to the system that i installed hassle free on a MIM.

hey ninja!

This is my MIM 60's Reverse Special Stratocaster.

I got rid of the cheesy single ply pickguard and put a 3 ply VooDoo caster pickguard in it's place. I also put in Ferraglide saddles.

The pups SUCKED....so in went 2 Dimarzio Area 58's and in 'da bridge went a DiMarzio Virtual Vintage 54 Pro.

Here she is.....my "ISABELLA"..........

The width needs to be filed down to fit, they always come too big. The slots come set for unplayed jumbo frets. So they need deepening too. Its quite easy to fit as it comes in 2 pieces. The base needs to be filed so it sits flush to the fretboard then the grooved peice sits ontop.
