I'm doing some heavy rewiring in my MIM standard strat and I'm wondering how much of a difference some CTS pots would make. Also, I'm putting a Seymour Duncan JB Jr. single coil sized humbucker in the bridge. With that in mind, what pots should I use? 250k or 500k?

Whether you go with a 250 or a 500 you won't have problems, it's just that traditionally singles use a 250 and buckers use a 500. Usually the 500 will remain fuller as you roll off compared to the 250. Just make sure you don't mix the pots, go all 500 or 250.

Were your going 2 single and 1 Mini bucker (thats what i'm assuming at least) i'd stic with the 250's if you want to keep more of that traditional strat tone for the singles, You probably won't hear a differance in the jb when the tone is at 10, when you dial back it may get a little thin but nothing to worry about.
