if you have not seen his youtube account, mayermusic, lately, then you you wouldn' know that he posted 2 songs that were Work In Progress and was asking for feedback. he also posted the video announcing the Fender Custom Shop "The Black One" Signature Stratocaster, with Mike Eldred. the album is slated for late '09 or early '10. here is his current song list for Works in Progress:
