Hi y'all,
I own a standard strat and want to replace my bridge pickup for a DIAMONDBACK Humbucker?
The problem is there's no room for it so I whas thinking of a seymore duncan fits strat single coil humbucker.
Does anyone knows which one comes close to the Diamondback Humbucker.
Or is there an alternative to my suggestion, except for purchasing an HSS Strat, I try to minimalise the costs yet not the sound.
Thanks. :?:

Have you thought of purchasing a new pickguard or routing your current pickguard so a humbucker fits?

It depends on the sound you're after. The single coild sized hb's are nice because you don't have to cut. At the same time they produce some great sounds, but fall short of that full sized hb sound. To some that's great, to others is sucks. The full size hb you want with a new pickguard is probably your best bet. (Although I'm not too familiar with the Diamondback).
