I Know 190 artist and players that use the strat
For Example
Greg Koch

Outside of this forum, not anyone I can think of actually.

I know people with Squier strats, Fender Tele's, but most people I know play Gibsons as their primary guitar, either LP or SG. Not a single person I actually know plays a Fender Strat.

Never thought about that before.

personally, I know about 50 people that play stratocasters.

and of course, I know of thousands of people that I have not met.

Do you mean personnaly know or just know of? This is kind of an open question. I have three friends that play Fender Stratocasters, my best friend's brother, myself, and there are at least 40 really famous artists that I can think of off the top of my head. RK

Hello VGStrato47,

These days I'm the sole Stratocaster player.
One aquaintence of mine plays a Telecaster
and ones using a pretty old Precision Bass.
The other guys are playing Les Pauls.

I'm assuming you meant our pals.

One friend of mine has MIA Squier Strat, and another has a deluxe MIM double fat strat, but these are not their main guitars... so I'd say 2-3 tops. :?

Makes sense, 6 strings, 6 fingers. Do you think if guitar players only breed with guitar players, darwinism would take over?
