Thanks again for all the helpful responses. I flip-flopped the high and low E saddles, checked the setup and I'm bad harmonic free for the moment. In the long-run, I'm thinking about switching out all of the saddles, perhaps to graph techs, but for now it's playable.

I recommend the saddle change. I don't know if anyone really likes those bent ones, like Fender hypes. Not criticising those who do like them- but personally I don't like them because I dive bomb and the string is allowed to move laterally, and the saddles tend to rattle on mine

some times tags get put in areas that could screw with the tone
