I posted awhile back about faulty pots allowing signal to bleed through.

Anyways, while I'm at it I might as well change the pups to something noiseless. The guitar is a HSS config. Currently has a dizmario humbucker in the bridge and I'm guessing it's stock Fender singles in neck and middle.

I'm looking for something to round out my tone selection. Currently have SCN pups in another mim strat, a new Yngwie with the HS-3 and a VG. I'm thinking something a bit hotter to rock the house.

There is just so MANY pups out there. I don't even know where to start.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions.

Emg may be right up your alley. Or possibly a combination of the pick ups like your other guitars have?

You can stick with Dimarzio's, and put in 54 Pro, or a solo or something like that, they're hotter. The YJM is a pretty low output pickup tobegin with, so even that Area pickups will have a hotter signal, and quiet as can be.

Do they make Fender Hot Noiseless in a HSS config or will I have to buy a set to replace the middle and neck?

I would strongly advise taking this opportunity to convert to SSS- like the nicer Sambora Strats. These pickups are the way to do it to! You could even look into adding a mid boost to it.
