Hello Guys
I came across the strat picture in the ebay which I've never seen before.
I though it was Elite strat but it has 4 buttons on the pickup.
He said it USA fender strat but is it something made in Japan?
Serial # starts with E2---
Thanks for the help.

Thank you for the answer.
I tried those site and it said 82 USA strat.
But I am not sure because it has buttons on the pickguard.
Should elite strat is the only one with buttons?
Thanks!! also thank you for warm welcome :D

I don't think it's the only one with buttons, seems like I've seen another one like that before.

Looks like some kind of a hard tail strat to me. No back plate for trem and springs, also no trem bar. I' don't know about the buttons as personally I've never seen that before. :? Sorry, I'm no help, but I'm sure there are some knowledgeable posters here that do.

Strange - because the elite strats used the pushbuttons instead of the selector switch, not along with the switch, and there were only three - maybe someone just modded this one.

That would be a free flyte trem the pics are dark cant see it real good. And it would have no back cut out. Also the Elite's had push buttons but only three and no blade switch. Also from what I remember the Elites have there output jack in the side. The Standard strats those years had the switch and no push buttons one tone one volume knob they were the second version and the 81-83 versions had the rear cut out and just a blade switch no buttons.
The one in the pics just does not look right at all.
