My seafoam green jeff beck strat has changed color to an olive like green on a big section of the body under the bridge where my arm would rest as i play .The guitar is only 5 yesr old and ive never seen anything like it neither have the guys at the music store. has this ever happened to anyone and does anyone have a reason.It cant be buffed out so thats a bummer

Can you post a picture please? No one will be able to help without a visual. (not guaranteeing anyone will be able to even with one.)

The JB should be a urethane finish, so it should be pretty colourfast. You might have something in your body chemistry(ie your sweat,) that reacted with the finish.
