I bought a third-hand MIA Strat that dates to 2000, based on the serial number. It's mostly stock, though it's had Graph-Tech saddles and Sperzel locking tuners installed. It's HSS, maple neck, 2-point trem, Seymour Duncan humbucker (reportedly a Pearly Gates), paint color is a silver-gold, with a pearloid pickguard. Does anyone know what model (American Standard, Fat Strat, Lone Star, etc.) this is, and what the single coils are? Thanks.

Sounds heavily modified...especially based on the tuners and saddles...do you have a photo? It's hard to picture the color you are describing.

These aren't pictures of the actual guitar; mine has graphite saddles and Sperzels, and one string tree instead of two. The body and pickguard colors are dead on, though, as are the pickups, controls, headstock shape.

It sounds like an upgraded American Standard HSS.

Although, around 2000, they dropped the term "American Standard" for "American Series."
