Anyone have the book called the "Fender Stratocaster Handbook?"

If so, whats your impressions? According to the descriptions, it shows step-by-step how to set the saddle intonation, setting the action and neck adjustments... etc. Is this true?

All that info is available on the Internet, here at the Fender site, or through the makers of subsitute Fender parts. I'd rather pay for a couple of sets of new strings and at the day's end have a better-sounding instrument.

While it is true that you can get all the set up info you need right here on the website, the Stratocaster Handbook really does explain much more than basic set up. Some of it gets pretty technical, but I have found it very informative, anyway. I doubt I'll ever have the guts to replace the nut or re-fret my own Strat (when needed), but the info is there if need be.
