Are these guitars you already own or are considering to buy?
Also ... I am assuming "both" is not an option?

considering to buy, I tested them both already and they sound wonderful. I just need some more advise before I buy one of them. I've always wanted to play like Joe Satriani and Eric Johnson. 8)

That's up to you. You play them. Which one suits your needs the best? Why would you keep or buy something somebody else likes when you're the one playing it?

What model is the Sienna Sunburst? An American Standard or an American Deluxe? Or?

I dont really care much for the cost, its just that I can only pick one and I think I'll go with the E.J. maple. I tried the E.J. RW also and lets just say no to this one. 8)

Like I said (looks, sound and feel) but what attracks me the most is the playability of this guitar, just feel right and I'm so connected. Try one and you will see what I mean. Finally found my long lost guitar partner.
