Yeah but why? Is it that all trees aren't the samr and don't have the same moistiore(don't know how to spell it)? And is it a big diffrens in sound? I mean I don't wanna buy a guitar online thats sound toatally different than the one in the store.

There is some truth the the fact that no two guitars will ever sound or feel totally the same. I always believe that your guitar will pick you. Now that I have said that, I have bought numerous guitars online and from Ebay. I always have what ever guitar I buy re-set and I have never had a bad transaction or guitar from an online transaction. They might feel a tad different, look a little different but I believe they will all have similiar attributes so they should sound pretty much the same.
