Hey, I'm back again with yet another question. I'll change it up though. Anybody know if I should pop a full size bucker in the mid position of my strat for a boxy sorta nirvana-ish tone , or a single coil sized bucker. What pickup would be the best for this kind of sound? I was thinking a p-90 style P/U.
I don't really wanna throw a bucker in the bridge, because I wanna get Fruschante type funk tones with it, im swapping it for a 50's style vintage p/u and im putting a 60's coil in neck for hendrix type clean sounds.

You can try duncan web site for the idea or the new 3 in one pickup from some manufacturer I cant remember at the moment. Saw it in the guitar player magazine on the flip of the switch does single/hum/p90 voicings.

btw. you might need to change those $ values in your signature .

I think that's the Duncan P-Rails. If not, a Duncan Hot rail would be an easy swap.
