Hi guys - new to the forum, you all answered a few questions for me a week or two ago, and I finally have my strat - 1998-99 hard tail, lace pickups, ash body. I've been playing for a little under a year, and I'm still a LOT better at buying guitars than playing them, but here are a few pics ('78 mustang on the wall next to it - won't mention the other two because they're not Fenders :)):

nice strat remember practice practice practice in my 15 years of playing 8 yrs as a lead guitar player in a band Ive learned that nothing helps your guitar playing more than fret board time

man!!!what a great lookin strat.that is a guitar to hold on to.practice play everthing!!invest in a good amp like a twin and see what that guitar can do!!!I've been playing over 30 years .dont get stuck in a rut.switch styles.and keep focused
