All right, I saw on another forum somewhere out there on the internet where people posted the weights of their Strats to see what was normal, etc., but they didn't really do it very organized. We're going to do it the right way here. In this thread post the brand of your Stratocaster type guitar (i.e. Fender, Squier, etc.), body wood (i.e. Ash, Alder, Basswood, etc.), pickup configuration (i.e SSS, SSH, HSH, HH), age of the guitar, and the weight of your guitar (in pounds and ounces preferably). If you don't know some of these things, just leave them blank. The only essential one really is weight. I will compile the data in a spreadsheet over time as more people respond and I can email the spreadsheet to anyone that wants a copy of it if they email me.

I'd love to help but I have never weighed my strats. Some are heavy and some are light. They all sound great though!
