Just wanted to bump this up, since I'm thinking of getting one in black (then add a black pickguard).

Anyone else want to show your love for the Vintage 57

Yes according to the info i have the colours in 57 originally were 2 tone sunburst, blond and black. The latter 2 being custom jobs.

By 59 they had added 3 tone burst, fiesta red, shoreline gold metallic and lake placid blue metallic.

Love the thin skin reissues does anyone know if there only available in the states and does anyone have a 57 ??
