Looks like you busted an actual walnut, and that geeter popped out. =)

Here's my 'strat' for soloing/shred.
Image

You can go ahead and admit how sexy it is.

SD Pearly Gates humbucker in the bridge.
SD Rails Neck.
Pop-Up pickup selector/volume knob.

NO tone knobs.

It's very Lynch Mob inspired.

Even with Tex pups, why does this remind me of Warren DeMartini or Jake E. Lee or something?

Very cool.

Okay ... the "01GT signature". It can even be MIM...

- Alder body
- Maple 22-fret C-shape neck (tinted with machine-rolled edges)
- Small headstock with a silver spaghetti Fender logo
- Ebony fretboard
- One roller-type string tree
- Hardtail bridge
- Unique "01GT spec" Tex Mex pickups (keeping costs down here, and they sound great)

- Available finishes (poly):
1) Transparent Blue w/ black 3-ply pickguard, black pup covers, and black knobs
2) Transparent Red w/ black 3-ply pickguard, black pup covers, and black knobs
3) Standard Black w/ white pearloid pickguard, white pup covers, and black knobs

I dig mine:

Pickups would be CS 69's, I would have a Callaham vintage bridge assembly, cloth wiring, comes standard with 5 springs and a steel whammy.

Body is made of solid Alder, not Ash...

Mine doesn't have my signature on it, so I guess it's not a sinature strat, per se, however, I had the custom shop build my dream guitar. Here it is:
