I have a 2006 MIA Strat and I just bought the Callaham American Standard Premium Upgrade Kit which includes the block, arm, saddles, trem springs and necessary screws to mount everything. I am really excited about this purchase. I have heard and read great things about Callaham. Now I am thinking about buying vintage tuners to match the vintage saddles. The tuners I have now are in great shape. They are the one's that are on the 06 MIA Strats but I saw that Callaham makes and sells vintage tuners as well. Does anybody have any experience with Callaham's tuners and what do you think about them? Should I order vintage tuners from Fender, Callaham or just keep the one's I have on there now???? Does Fender make their own tuners? I want to keep this guitar as original as possible.
Decisions........Decisions

Thanks

I just called Callaham and the vintage tuners won't fit onto an 06 MIA Strat. They said something about having to drill holes and then the holes would be visible.
That makes my decision really easy. I will just keep the tuners I have on there now.
