.....so a few days ago I was asking about a Fender Special Edtion light ash Korean Strat that a guy wants to sell for a great price. Looks just like this:
http://www.fender.com/products//search.php?partno=0265002521

So today I find out about someone else that has a Classic series 60's MIM strat (not the Classic Player)
http://www.fender.com/products//search.php?partno=0131000306 The one for sale is white however. Fender doesnt seem to show it on thier web page, but Musicians Friend does list one of the color selections as white...

Both guitars are just about mint and only $25 bucks apart in price so thats not the problem.... I can't buy both... thats the problem!! I've seen both and wouldnt mind owning either one! :D

The Korean strat has a hard case and the 60's has the gig bag....
Cant make a move on either one till Tuesday or Wednesday anyway, so I'll give it some thought....

Keith

Well the $25 difference and one comes with a hard case?
You like both, can't decide?

That hard case could be a factor.

But ultimately--which guitar speaks to you?

You say you've seen both--have you played both?

I'm not as concerned as to what they sound like plugged in, but what they feel like when you hold them and play them and what the sound is like unplugged. That's where my answer would lie--ultimately.

Yep... thats what I should have said. Held them, played them and want them both! I'll have to visit them again, but I am tending toward the Korean...... but its a toss up.

zontar, you are right with the hardcase... and thats the Korean one too....

Hello Kk5fe,

I'd buy the one in the best condition
if they're both about equal I would
lean toward the Korean model with
it's birdseye neck and Seymour PU's.
I have 4 other strats w/rosewood boards
so I suppose I'm ready for a little change.

Best of luck with your choice.

Cheers.
