Hello Every one

I'm looking for this :
Image
Image

I saw a lot of time this picture, and i was wondering
what color or even model is it ?

Some people told me that it was an American Vintage 62'

But the headstock doesn't look the same, and I know that the picture has been " photoshopped "

But I really want to know what is this guitar :(

So if someone knows it, could he help me please :'( ?

Thanks in advance for your precious help.

Hi VintageSH, welcome to the Forum.

From the black plastic trussrod entry hole, the decal and the 21 fret neck I would guess it's a MIM Strat. Couldn't tell you which model though.

I wonder if the color is Lake Placid Blue, or perhaps Blue Agave? Here's the color chart, have a look and see what you think:

I say mexi, and my guess is Agave blue, but there has been so much variation in the hues for Lake Placid Blue over the years, that it is impossible to tell from a picture. I think the agave is a bit darker? not sure on that though.

The color in question id definately Agave Blue. ( at least on my pc monitor it is.) Fender released that color along side the Sage Green colored Strats and Teles a some years back. I ordered one thinking it was the Ocean Turquoise Blue which is slightly darker than Lake Placid Blue. These # colors tend to get misconstrude as the same color much like Pearl Blue, Sonic Blue, and Daphne Blue. :D Hope this helps.
