Hi I'm new to this site. Been playing for about 30 years. And owned many guitars. My question is What were the available colors for the 2003 American made Standard Strats. I just puchased a mint condition unmolested SSS blue American made 2003 standard strat. I would like to know what the name of the color. (Lake Placid Blue, Chrome Blue) I just sold a Electron bule MIM strat to buy this one so I know its not that color. By the way the electron blue is a awesome color. The color changes from blue to purple depending on the way the light hits it. I actually wish I didn't sell that guitar, I really liked it. Thanks

Thanks GuitarLover you covered exactly what I was looking for. Gotta love the Olympic White. Its a awesome color. I picked up mine because it was in such incredible condition. Paid $700 for a guitar that looked like it was never played. It just happened to be blue Its still a great looking color. I've played strats for many a year. Currently I own 2 Strats (1 MiA SSS and 1 MiM SSH) I also have a Gibson Les Paul Standard but I prefer the strats because they are soooo much lighter.
