Can't exactly say it's a Mexican. The string spacing is different on the Highway 1. It's 2 3\16" so the strings are closer together so they aren't falling off the fretboard edges. The actual mounting screw spacing is the same on both, which is 2 7\32". Hope that clears it up.

If you speak of it being the same bridge as the MIM strats no it is not, if you speak as of it being made in Mexico ... probably yes since a lot of the hardware for fender is made in mexico so who knowws :)
