Have just got my first American Guitar an American Standard Strat. I own a
Peavey JF 1 ex an Agile 3100CSB an An Ibanez fender style concord acoustic. This Candy Cola Strat is AWESOME!! Happy to have an American Made Icon.

An unfair statement to make friend, many many many folks have mexican fenders on this forum, and they are awesome guitars, especially in the right hands.

MIA is nice, if you can afford it, MIM is brilliant if you cant, and even if you can. many people here also have both MIM and MIA and testify to both being great.

Try to consider other people a little friend.

OP, congratulations on the new guitar, hope it brings you many years of happiness and inspiration.

Hi there! I recently acquired a US made 1986 Fender Strat 62 reissue. It's the 3-tone sunburst and has all the looks and vibe of the real deal. This guitar is just awesome... I can't put this beauty down! Strats rule!!!
