Hey fhop, I no they added the word upgards to them in 06 I was curious as to what all the upgrades were not just that it was done in 06 so I was hoping alway would enlighten us.. i have played Chavel San Dimas nice guitar but i would not
own one. i have enlighten you you just continue to come back

personaly and i do speak for others we dont care that you do or dont
like the highway one strat. i didnt buy it for your enjoyment in the first place. you dont like the guitar well good for you. i happen to find the highway one one of the best out there today and they are future classics.

I do not understand why you think your opinion shoud be consinder fact by all and My opinion is CRAP. What gives you the right to speak for others anyway? I dont care that you dont like the American Standard but I am not speaking for others but just Myself. Just as you said you would not buy a San dimas over the HWY One is you opinion and mine is the opposite. I am not going to say yours is CRAP though just because we dont agree, I Myself like to think I am above that Childish Stuff of MINE IS BETTER THEN YOURS IS NANNY NANNY BOO BOO. Then again I am also aware that many are always like that and you just have to overlook the childish stuff and just look for the best in them. Most have something they can teach others.

MAN...... I Just bought a Highway Strat HSS on Feb 27th..... It hasn't even gotten here yet, and the price increased..... I really got lucky there, I didn't know they were about to increase prices, but that would have definately affected what I would have bought.

This is my second Strat ever, the first on I had 10 years ago (American Standard) I sold it in college when I was really broke and had no other choice, and hated myself ever since.... I have had prob about 15-20 guitars since but never got my strat back......

Anyways (Man I accidentally dodged a bullet)

It hasn't been over a month (feels like it though) It was Feb 27th when I paid for it thru American Musical..... It was shipped out on the 28th and should be here tomorrow. I am upset with AM because it should have been here 3 days ago when the case that I ordered at the same time came in.... I got the black HSS, It should be in tomorrow. which will be a week after I paid for it.... but yeah I didn't know they were gonna increase prices and ended up lucky I got it when I did.
