can i just change the bridge pups and remain with the original neck and middle? Is there any incomp.?

If you're good with wiring you won't have a problem. You can just replace the bridge pick up if that's all you're looking to do.

If you really want to swap pick ups....i suggest you download the wiring diagram of the Am Dlx HSS and familiarize with the wiring.Why i said so is because there's a lot of connections going on from the selector to the S-1 switch that could get you messed up the termination.
Why would you want to swap anyway?The guitar is still new to you rite?Sorry i'm just curious......honestly i was disappointed with the DH-1 pickup when i initially played Am Dlx HSS too.....but i gave sometime and got familiar to it overtime.Yeah i have the same model and the same color as yours too.
So why not give ample time to familiarize and not rush into swapping it.....whatever you decide i hope it turns out good and Good luck musiluna!
